Grateful for all of you who brightened (and at times challenged) my 2019! And best wishes for a wonderful 2020!
Another year has passed! The Clarity Editor has enjoyed its second full year, thanks to everyone who supported and entrusted me to take care of their valuable work.
It has been a privilege to work with you and I hope we may continue to develop our partnerships.
The year 2019 was also one of professional development. Despite knowing that I had the technical skills to be of use to others in their writing journey, it was an important step for me to join the professional organization Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP, soon to be a UK chartered institute) and to take part in formal training courses (more on that in a separate post, I hope).
As for plans for 2020, what I wrote at the beginning of 2019 still holds. I’ve made progress in some things but have a lot more I want to accomplish!
