The Clarity Editor

Content integrity review

Any document can be more readable and effective if it is structurally coherent and consistent and written in language suited to your readers.

Getting a content integrity review will ensure that your text—whether it’s a document, website text, training materials, or presentation—represents you and your organization as trustworthy and professional.

Clients have asked me to review their work for internal integrity especially when they expect an international readership. As always, I am guided by plain language and basic accessibility principles.

The flow, clarity and word choice were all improved. She also had great suggestions for inclusive and informed language to use when writing about vulnerable populations.
